99 Red Balloons, and Pink, and Green: Weekend's Top Gifts
Balloon USB Speaker: Tiny Puff, Big Sound. Also in Red and Hunter Green.
They came in with the scrunched up fragments of paper, leather-bound notebooks and legal pads and even Excel spreadsheets. But in common among them all was the mission to get every name off their list matched to a gift. From First Friday's grand slam to Sunday night's Energizer Bunnies, holiday shoppers descended on Abbot Kinney, and our little gift-packed shop, in a determined effort to finish off their lists. We even had more than a couple Saturday night even declare, as we were madly wrapping up their bounty, that A+R was their very last stop.
There were many new items among our fast and furious sales this weekend instore, and these ranked among those Most Enthusiastically Embraced.
Get 'em while they're hot!

snapshot of the moment
Mathieu Lehanneur is inspired by interactions between nature and the human body. In fact, he says his favorite word is "human," in a "chemical and alchemical sense." This sculptural post was presumably a coat hanger. But those pretty well be some fantastic coats hanging off this piece.
