Finding something new, literally, at the Modernism expos that take place around the country is always a surprise. But there were a few gems at the Chicago Modernism Show this weekend. Just steps inside, greeting visitors were Hugh Acton's crushed and bent metal sculptures. They look as modern now as ever, and continue to be created under the 82-year-old artist's supervision.
